The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Wahluke Warriors (Mattawa, WA) and the host College Place Hawks (College Place, WA), observed Wahluke's basketball team overwhelm College Place by a margin of 73-36.

The Warriors (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Kiona-Benton (Benton City, WA). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Kiona-Benton was trounced by Royal (Royal City, WA), 43-38, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Naches Valley Rangers (Naches, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. College Place will attempt to better on its 0-8 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 67-24 non-league loss to Wapato (Wapato, WA).
