The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Fort Vancouver Trappers (Vancouver, WA) and the visiting Columbia Bruins (White Salmon, WA), observed Fort Vancouver's basketball team overwhelm Columbia by a margin of 66-38.

The Trappers (11-0) will now prepare for their challenge against King's Way Christian (Vancouver, WA). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, King's Way Christian was trounced by La Center (La Center, WA), 57-30, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bruins battle the Castle Rock Rockets (Castle Rock, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Columbia will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Rockets come into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 63-48 non-league win over Stevenson (Stevenson, WA).
