The North Kingstown Skippers basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Lincoln Lions to 41 in the Skippers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Skippers now have a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to North Providence for a non-league game on Monday, January 13. North Kingstown will confront a Cougars team coming off a 63-59 non-league loss to Pilgrim (Warwick, RI). The Cougars record now stands at 0-5.

With the loss, Lincoln falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Lions host East Providence (East Providence, RI) to confront the Townies in a non-league game on Monday, January 13. The Townies go into the game with a record of 8-1. East Providence lost 53-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Classical (Providence, RI)
