The Ferndale Eagles (Ferndale, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Adams Highlanders (Rochester, MI), 72-48 in Thursday's league test.
The Eagles (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Beecher (Flint, MI). The Buccaneers go into the non-league test with a 8-0 record. In their last test, Beecher walloped Atherton (Burton, MI), 109-35, in a league test.
The Highlanders now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Dexter for a non-league test on Saturday, January 14. Adams will encounter a Dreadnaughts squad coming off a 62-47 non-league loss to Chelsea (Chelsea, MI). The Dreadnaughts record now stands at 2-6.
