The B O L D Warriors basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Minnewaska Area Lakers to 59 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Warriors now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cedar Mountain for a A Section 2 contest on Friday, January 13. B O L D will battle a Cougars team coming off a 72-54 league win over New Ulm Cathedral (New Ulm, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 3-2.
The Lakers (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa (Belgrade, MN). The Jaguars enter the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa ran past New London-Spicer (New London, MN), 72-61, in a non-league contest.
