The Bainbridge Spartans (Bainbridge Island, WA) basketball felled the visiting Sequim Wolves (Sequim, WA), 58-39 in Thursday's league test.
The Spartans (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 1-8 record. In their last test, Central Kitsap was beaten by Peninsula (Gig Harbor, WA), 61-59, in a league test.
The Wolves now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they host Bremerton for a 2A Olympic test on Tuesday, January 17. Sequim will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 72-43 league loss to Port Angeles (Port Angeles, WA). The Knights record now stands at 2-7.
