The Russell Rustlers (Great Falls, MT) basketball crushed the visiting Belgrade Panthers (Belgrade, MT), 70-42 in Thursday's league test.
The Rustlers (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Billings West (Billings, MT). The Golden Bears go into the AA Eastern test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Billings West walloped Great Falls (Great Falls, MT), 60-48, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Laurel for a non-league test on Friday, January 13. Belgrade will encounter a Locomotives squad coming off a 52-46 non-league win over Sidney (Sidney, MT). The Locomotives record now stands at 2-5.
