Oregon High School Basketball - Vale knocked off by Burns

The Burns Hilanders basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Vale Vikings to 44 in the Hilanders league triumph on Thursday.
The Hilanders now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Umatilla for a 3A Eastern Oregon contest on Friday, January 13. Burns will battle a Vikings team coming off a 81-13 non-league loss to Pendleton (Pendleton, OR). The Vikings record now stands at 6-8.
The Vikings (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Nyssa (Nyssa, OR). The Bulldogs enter the 3A Eastern Oregon contest with a 2-8 record.
