Parkview Christian Pacers (Waco, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting CenTex HomeSchool Chargers (Temple, TX), 47-41 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Parkview Christian upgrades its record to 3-8 on the campaign. The Pacers host Chisholm Trail Academy (Keene, TX) to play the Blazers in a TCAF District 1 bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Blazers come into the bout with a record of 12-3. Chisholm Trail Academy won 59-35 in their recent league bout against Hill (Fort Worth, TX)

Next up, the Chargers play the Non Varsity Opponent (, ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 16. CenTex HomeSchool will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
