With the win, Chester-Joplin-Inverness upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Hawks host Big Sandy (Big Sandy, MT) to play the Pioneers in a C District 9 bout on Saturday, January 14. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 8-1. Big Sandy won 88-58 in their recent league bout against Turner (Turner, MT)

Next up, the Longhorns play the Turner Tornadoes (Turner, MT) in a C District 9 bout, on Friday, January 20. Fort Benton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Tornadoes go into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 88-58 league loss to Big Sandy (Big Sandy, MT).
