With the victory, Willapa Valley upgrades its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Vikings host Tenino (Tenino, WA) to play the Beavers in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 16. The Beavers come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Tenino won 71-61 in their recent league challenge against Elma (Elma, WA)

Next up, the Kodiaks play the Washington School for the Deaf Terriers (Vancouver, WA) in a 1B Columbia Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Columbia Adventist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Terriers come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 72-32 league loss to Naselle (Naselle, WA).
