Wisconsin High School Basketball - Lodi can't hold off Columbus

The Columbus Cardinals basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the visiting Lodi Blue Devils to 40 in the Cardinals league victory on Thursday.
The Cardinals now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Luther Prep for a Capitol - North contest on Tuesday, January 17. Columbus will battle a Phoenix team coming off a 57-55 league loss to Poynette (Poynette, WI). The Phoenix record now stands at 6-3.
The Blue Devils (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Stoughton (Stoughton, WI). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Stoughton edged Fort Atkinson (Fort Atkinson, WI), 62-50, in a league contest.
