The Reed Olympians topped the visiting Crescent City Christian Pioneers basketball team by a final score of 54-46 in Thursday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Olympians face the Hammond Tornadoes (Hammond, LA) in a non-league game, on Friday, January 13. Reed will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Tornadoes enter the game with a 13-5 record after their 62-56 non-league loss to St. Thomas Aquinas (Hammond, LA).
With the defeat, Crescent City Christian moves to 15-3 on the year. The Pioneers travel to Riverside Academy (Reserve, LA) to face the Rebels in a 1A District 10 game on Tuesday, January 17. The Rebels enter the game with a record of 3-5.
