Delaware High School Basketball - Milford knocked off by Dover

The Dover Senators basketball team scored 84 points and held the host Milford Buccaneers to 66 in the Senators non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Senators now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Delaware Military Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. Dover will battle a Seahawks team coming off a 85-51 non-league loss to Salesianum (Wilmington, DE). The Seahawks record now stands at 1-6.

The Buccaneers (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Smyrna (Smyrna, DE). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Smyrna toppled Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE), 51-45, in a league bout.
