In Thursday's non-league outing, the Doyline Panthers (Doyline, LA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host North Webster Knights (Springhill, LA), by a margin of 93-30.
The Panthers (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Summerfield (Summerfield, LA). The Rebels go into the non-league outing with a 2-6 record. In their last outing, Summerfield was trounced by Homer (Homer, LA), 73-55, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Richwood for a 3A District 1 outing on Friday, January 13. North Webster will clash with a Rams squad coming off a 72-57 league loss to Wossman (Monroe, LA). The Rams record now stands at 12-5.
