The Dumont Huskies basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Dwight Morrow Maroon Raiders to 46 in the Huskies non-league victory on Thursday.
The Huskies now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Passaic for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. Dumont will battle a Indians team coming off a 57-44 league loss to Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ). The Indians record now stands at 2-9.
The Maroon Raiders (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Lee (Fort Lee, NJ). The Bridgemen come into the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Fort Lee edged Nutley (Nutley, NJ), 64-58, in a non-league contest.
