East Linn Christian Academy Eagles (Lebanon, OR) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Oakridge Warriors (Oakridge, OR), 89-21 in a league bout.

With the victory, East Linn Christian Academy upgrades its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Bandon (Bandon, OR) to play the Tigers in a 2A Valley Coast bout on Saturday, January 14. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 9-6. Bandon won 60-34 in their recent league bout against Reedsport (Reedsport, OR)

Next up, the Warriors play the Gold Beach Panthers (Gold Beach, OR) in a 2A Valley Coast bout, on Thursday, January 12. Oakridge will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 59-42 league win over Bandon (Bandon, OR).
