The East Rankin Academy Patriots basketball team (Pelahatchie, MS), was routed 55-33 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders (Pearl, MS)
The Crusaders now sport a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winston Academy for a MAIS 5A District 2 battle on Tuesday, January 17. Park Place Christian Academy will battle a Patriots team coming off a 69-23 league loss to Simpson Academy (Mendenhall, MS). The Patriots record now stands at 3-5.
The Patriots (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Leake Academy (Madden, MS). The Rebels come into the MAIS 5A District 2 battle with a 15-9 record.
