The Fallston Cougars basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Rising Sun Tigers to 48 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cougars now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Harford for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. Fallston will meet a Hawks team coming off a 85-54 league loss to Perryville (Perryville, MD). The Hawks record now stands at 1-6.
The Tigers (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against North East (North East, MD). The Indians enter the Upper Chesapeake Bay - Susquehana contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, North East was outscored by Bohemia Manor (Chesapeake City, MD), 61-55, in a league contest.
