With the win, Firebaugh upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Eagles travel to East Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA) to play the Blades in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 14. The Blades go into the bout with a record of 7-11. East Bakersfield lost 62-56 in their recent league bout against Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Coalinga Horned Toads (Coalinga, CA) in a West Sierra bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Tranquillity will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Horned Toads go into the bout with a 9-9 record after their 53-38 non-league loss to Central Valley Christian (Visalia, CA).
