West Virginia High School Basketball - Moorefield knocked off by Frankfort

The Frankfort Falcons basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Moorefield Yellow Jackets to 54 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Falcons now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clay County for a non-league contest on Monday, January 16. Frankfort will meet a Panthers team coming off a 75-47 league loss to Doddridge County (West Union, WV). The Panthers record now stands at 2-4.
The Yellow Jackets (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Pocahontas County (Dunmore, WV). The Warriors enter the Potomac Valley A contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Pocahontas County ran past Richwood (Richwood, WV), 74-57, in a non-league contest.
