Goshen Central Gladiators (Goshen, NY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Port Jervis Raiders (Port Jervis, NY), 68-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Goshen Central upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Gladiators host Minisink Valley (Slate Hill, NY) to play the Warriors in a Section 9 Orange County III bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Minisink Valley lost 54-30 in their recent non-league bout against Valley Central (Montgomery, NY)

Next up, the Raiders play the Monticello Panthers (Monticello, NY) in a Section 9 Orange County III bout, on Thursday, January 19. Port Jervis will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record.
