The Sussex Tech Ravens basketball team (Georgetown, DE), was nudged 51-45 in Thursday's league battle with the host Smyrna Eagles (Smyrna, DE)
The Eagles now sport a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milford for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 17. Smyrna will battle a Buccaneers team coming off a 84-66 non-league loss to Dover (Dover, DE). The Buccaneers record now stands at 5-5.
The Ravens (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Forest (Felton, DE). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 5-3 record.
