The Sun Valley Community Cutthroats (Sun Valley, ID) basketball knocked off the host Twin Falls Christian Academy Warriors (Twin Falls, ID), 49-39 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Cutthroats (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Carey (Carey, ID). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Carey notched a victory over Oakley (Oakley, ID), 70-53, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Mackay for a non-league test on Thursday, January 19. Twin Falls Christian Academy will encounter a Miners squad coming off a 53-38 non-league win over Sho-Ban (Fort Hall, ID). The Miners record now stands at 4-7.
