The Wolcott RVT Wildcats basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Vinal RVT Hawks to 38 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Thursday.

The Wildcats now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thomaston for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 18.

The Hawks (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Goodwin Tech (New Britain, CT). The Gladiators come into the Connecticut Technical - Central contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Goodwin Tech was routed by Prince RVT (Hartford, CT), 71-65, in a league contest.
