Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots (Kinston, NC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Rocky Mount Academy Eagles (Rocky Mount, NC), 52-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Arendell Parrott Academy upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Patriots host Wayne Preparatory Academy (Goldsboro, NC) to play the Generals in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Generals go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Wayne Preparatory Academy lost 62-46 in their recent non-league bout against New Bern (New Bern, NC)
Next up, the Eagles play the Epiphany Falcons (New Bern, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Rocky Mount Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record.
