The Beecher Bobcats basketball team (Beecher, IL), was nudged 39-33 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Grant Park Dragons (Grant Park, IL)
The Dragons now possess a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Milford for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 18. Grant Park will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 30-29 non-league win over South Newton (Kentland, IN). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-18.
The Bobcats (4-16) will now prepare for their battle against Wilmington (Wilmington, IL). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 6-12 record. In their last battle, Wilmington was nudged by Coal City (Coal City, IL), 57-30, in a league battle.
