The Brearley Bears basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Roselle Park Panthers to 22 in the Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bears now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boonton for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. Brearley will battle a Bombers team coming off a 41-23 non-league win over Academy of St. Elizabeth (Convent Station, NJ). The Bombers record now stands at 7-2.
The Panthers (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Rahway (Rahway, NJ). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 5-4 record.
