The Triton Cobras basketball team (Dodge Center, MN), was routed 61-34 in Thursday's league battle with the host Caledonia Warriors (Caledonia, MN)
The Warriors now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dover-Eyota for a AA Section 1 battle on Monday, January 16. Caledonia will battle a Eagles team coming off a 75-55 non-league win over New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva (New Richland, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 8-6.
The Cobras (0-13) will now prepare for their battle against Blooming Prairie (Blooming Prairie, MN). The Awesome Blossoms come into the AA Section 1 battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Blooming Prairie trounced Bethlehem Academy (Faribault, MN), 46-31, in a non-league battle.
