The Cornerstone Christian School Cougars basketball team scored 39 points and held the host Omaha Christian Academy Eagles to 17 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cougars now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cedar Bluffs for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17.

With the defeat, Omaha Christian Academy moves to 4-5 on the year. The Eagles host Brownell Talbot (Omaha, NE) to meet the Raiders in a C2 District 3 match on Friday, January 13. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 6-7. Brownell Talbot won 25-12 in their recent non-league match against College View Academy (Lincoln, NE)
