Greene Trojans (Greene, NY) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Delaware Academy Bulldogs (Delhi, NY), 39-26 in a league bout.

With the victory, Greene upgrades its record to 10-0 on the campaign. The Trojans host Oxford Academy (Oxford, NY) to play the Blackhawks in a Section 4 Midstate bout on Saturday, January 14. The Blackhawks come into the bout with a record of 9-2.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats (Bainbridge, NY) in a Section 4 Midstate bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Delaware Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record.
