    January 12, 2023: Manteca, CA 95336

    In Thursday's league outing, the East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA) basketball squad nipped the visiting Manteca Buffaloes (Manteca, CA), by a margin of 58-54.

    The Lancers (15-4) will now prepare for their outing against Ripon (Ripon, CA). The Indians go into the non-league outing with a 7-10 record. In their last outing, Ripon was tipped by Hughson (Hughson, CA), 52-32, in a league outing.

    The Buffaloes now own a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Kimball for a Valley Oak League outing on Tuesday, January 17. Manteca will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 53-40 league win over Sierra (Manteca, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 16-2.
