The Gunderson Grizzlies basketball team (San Jose, CA), was overwhelmed 41-16 in Thursday's league battle with the host Gilroy Mustangs (Gilroy, CA)
The Mustangs now possess a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Jose for a Blossom Valley - West Valley battle on Tuesday, January 17. Gilroy will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 48-24 league loss to James Lick (San Jose, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-4.
The Grizzlies (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, CA). The Cardinals come into the Blossom Valley - West Valley battle with a 4-8 record. In their last battle, Mt. Pleasant was overwhelmed by Live Oak (Morgan Hill, CA), 74-31, in a league battle.
