With the victory, Manatee upgrades its record to 3-15 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Braden River (Bradenton, FL) to play the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 8-10. Braden River lost 69-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Riverview Sarasota (Sarasota, FL)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Lake Placid Dragons (Lake Placid, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Hardee will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 32-26 non-league win over Victory Christian Academy (Lakeland, FL).
