Ross Little Giants (Fremont, OH) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Notre Dame Academy Eagles (Toledo, OH), 52-36 in a league bout.

With the victory, Ross upgrades its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Little Giants travel to Perrysburg (Perrysburg, OH) to play the Yellow Jackets in a non-league bout on Sunday, January 15. The Yellow Jackets come into the bout with a record of 9-4. Perrysburg won 48-37 in their recent league bout against Napoleon (Napoleon, OH)

Next up, the Eagles play the West Branch Warriors (Beloit, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 14. Notre Dame Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 4-9 record after their 48-34 league loss to Marlington (Alliance, OH).
