New Jersey High School Basketball - Summit can't hold off Oak Knoll

The Oak Knoll Royals basketball team scored 33 points and held the visiting Summit Hilltoppers to 32 in the Royals non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Royals now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Scotch Plains-Fanwood for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. Oak Knoll will battle a Raiders team coming off a 44-37 non-league win over Watchung Hills Regional (Warren, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 8-4.
The Hilltoppers (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Johnson (Clark, NJ). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Johnson was nudged by Elizabeth (Elizabeth, NJ), 55-35, in a non-league contest.
