The Prince George Royals (Prince George, VA) basketball felled the visiting Petersburg Crimson Wave (Petersburg, VA), 47-31 in Thursday's league test.

The Royals (4-8) will now prepare for their test against Midlothian (Midlothian, VA). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Midlothian was beaten by L.C. Bird (Chesterfield, VA), 53-40, in a league test.

The Crimson Wave now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to John Marshall for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 18.
