Arizona High School Basketball - Estrella Foothills tops Cactus

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Estrella Foothills Wolves (Goodyear, AZ) and the host Cactus Cobras (Glendale, AZ), saw Estrella Foothills's basketball squad knock off Cactus by a count of 32-14.

With the victory, Estrella Foothills upgrades its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Wolves host Goldwater (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Bulldogs in a challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Goldwater lost 54-7 in their recent league challenge against Agua Fria (Avondale, AZ)

Next up, the Cobras play the Agua Fria Owls (Avondale, AZ) in a challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Cactus will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Owls come into the challenge with a 11-0 record after their 65-6 league win over Peoria (Peoria, AZ).
