Utah High School Basketball - Providence Hall edges Summit Academy

The Providence Hall Patriots (Herriman, UT) basketball nipped the visiting Summit Academy Bears (Bluffdale, UT), 35-31 in Thursday's league test.

The Patriots (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Judge Memorial (Salt Lake City, UT). The Bulldogs go into the test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Judge Memorial was tipped by Emery (Castle Dale, UT), 47-39, in a non-league test.

The Bears now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host American Leadership Academy for a test on Tuesday, January 17. Summit Academy will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 31-29 league loss to Providence Hall (Herriman, UT). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.
