In Thursday's league test, the visiting Colony Knights ice hockey team scored a tight 5-2 win over the Wasilla Warriors.

The Knights (9-5) will now prepare for their test against West Valley (Fairbanks, AK). The Wolf Pack enter the Mid Alaska test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, West Valley held off Chugiak (Chugiak, AK), 3-2, in a non-league test.

Next up, the Warriors encounter the Kenai Central Kardinals (Kenai, AK) in a non-league test, on Thursday, January 19. Wasilla will attempt to advance on its 11-6 season record. The Kardinals enter the test with a 6-12 record after their 8-1 non-league loss to West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK).
