The Cardinals now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mount Pleasant for a non-league battle on Friday, January 13. Union Academy will confront a Tigers team coming off a 50-25 non-league win over North Stanly (New London, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 5-8.

The Knights (2-7) will now prepare for their battle against South Stanly (Norwood, NC). The Rowdy Rebel Bulls come into the non-league battle with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, South Stanly trounced South Davidson (Denton, NC), 50-38, in a non-league battle.
