Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Great Valley Patriots (Malvern, PA) and the visiting Oxford Hornets (Oxford, PA), saw Great Valley's basketball squad knock off Oxford by a tally of 46-36.

With the victory, Great Valley improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Oxford (Oxford, PA) to play the Hornets in a challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 2-8.

Next up, the Hornets play the Downingtown East Cougars (Exton, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 14. Oxford will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record.
