The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Mt. Diablo Red Devils (Concord, CA) and the visiting Berean Christian Eagles (Walnut Creek, CA), saw Mt. Diablo's soccer squad get by Berean Christian by a margin of 2-1.

The Red Devils now sport a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Concord for a Diablo - Valley test on Tuesday, January 17. Mt. Diablo will meet a Minutemen squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA). The Minutemen record now stands at 3-5.

With the loss, Berean Christian drops to 1-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Acalanes (Lafayette, CA) to meet the Dons in a non-league test on Saturday, January 14. The Dons come into the test with a record of 9-3. Acalanes lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA)
