The Pleasantville Greyhounds basketball team (Pleasantville, NJ), was routed 80-55 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Absegami Braves (Galloway, NJ)
The Braves now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highland Regional for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 13. Absegami will battle a Tartans team coming off a 56-51 league win over Deptford (Deptford, NJ). The Tartans record now stands at 4-4.
The Greyhounds (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Oakcrest (Mays Landing, NJ). The Falcons come into the Cape/Atlantic - National battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Oakcrest crushed Pinelands Regional (Tuckerton, NJ), 64-43, in a non-league match.
