The Magnolia Science Academy Reseda Warriors (Reseda, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology Griffins (Sun Valley, CA), 43-39 in Friday's league test.

The Warriors (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Discovery (Sylmar, CA). The Warriors go into the Central Valley test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Discovery was tipped by Lake Balboa College Prep (Lake Balboa, CA), 47-42, in a league test.

The Griffins now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to University Prep Value for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 16. Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 66-41 league win over East College Prep (Los Angeles, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 15-6.
