Kansas High School Basketball - Santa Fe Trail crushes Anderson County

Santa Fe Trail Chargers (Carbondale, KS) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Anderson County Bulldogs (Garnett, KS), 59-37 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Santa Fe Trail upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Chargers host Chapman (Chapman, KS) to play the Fighting Irish in a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. The Fighting Irish come into the bout with a record of 3-4.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Yates Center Wildcats (Yates Center, KS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Anderson County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 0-8 record after their 61-21 non-league loss to Pleasanton (Pleasanton, KS).
