Arkansas High School Basketball - Arkansas School for the Deaf thwarted by Oklahoma School for the Deaf

The Arkansas School for the Deaf Leopards basketball team (Little Rock, AR), was toppled 45-27 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Oklahoma School for the Deaf Bison (Sulphur, OK)
The Bison now possess a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kansas School for the Deaf for a Great Plains Deaf battle on Saturday, January 13. Oklahoma School for the Deaf will confront a Jackrabbits team coming off a 55-13 non-league win over Iowa School for the Deaf (Council Bluffs, IA). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 5-1.
The Leopards (2-14) will now prepare for their battle against Sacred Heart (Morrilton, AR). The Rebels come into the 1A Region 4 battle with a 5-16 record. In their last battle, Sacred Heart was toppled by Scranton (Scranton, AR), 69-38, in a league battle.
