The Hawks now possess a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ryan for a 5A Region I District 7 battle on Tuesday, January 16. Birdville will confront a Raiders team coming off a 51-43 league win over Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 12-8.

The Falcons (13-8) will now prepare for their battle against Argyle (Argyle, TX). The Eagles come into the 5A Region I District 7 battle with a 21-3 record. In their last battle, Argyle edged Denton (Denton, TX), 46-40, in a league battle.
