The Cardinals now possess a 19-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nolan Catholic for a TAPPS 6A District 1 battle on Wednesday, January 17. John Paul II will confront a Vikings team coming off a 63-54 league win over Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 14-12.
The Friars (13-11) will now prepare for their battle against Trinity Christian (Addison, TX). The Trojans come into the TAPPS 6A District 1 battle with a 16-10 record. In their last battle, Trinity Christian was toppled by Prestonwood Christian (Plano, TX), 49-39, in a league battle.
