The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 6-15. Dimmitt lost 45-37 in their recent league bout against Denver City (Denver City, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Littlefield Wildcats (Littlefield, TX) in a 3A Region I District 3 bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Denver City will attempt to upgrade on its 14-10 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 20-3 record after their 53-42 league win over Muleshoe (Muleshoe, TX).
